Capture the morning of this beautiful spring day,
put it in a bottle and tuck it away.

Save the freshness that you’ve put inside,
to be used just a little on the days you’d prefer to just hide.

Use some more of the contents for another day,
when the clouds have come and sun’s gone away.

Always keep your bottle close,
to just look at when you need it the most.

And if many of your days are filled with happiness and cheer,
you should have enough left until the next year.

When you can once again enjoy the morning of another spring day,
and put back into your bottle the beauty that God’s sent your way.
